    De Ankersmid Adsorptie filters zijn bekend vanwege hun grote betrouwbaarheid. Ze  adsorberen interfererende componenten bij analyse van een gasstroom. Door hun ontwerp worden ook eventuele uw vloeistof druppels afgescheiden. Deze worden onderin de filterbehuizing opgevangen.

    De AAM serie is gebaseerd op het AUF universele filter.

    Vanwege de standaard afmetingen en functionaliteit is filterelement ook compatibel met andere commerciële merken. De ab-/adsorptie patronen zijn eenvoudig te verwisselen zonder gereedschap. Optioneel kan het filter voorzien worden van een vloeistof sensor, automatische drain, vloeistof verzamelvat of een combinatie hiervan.

    Het model AS3 / AT3  van Chemtronic heeft geen slijtdelen. Het toestel maakt gebruik van ultrasone pulsen die voor een continu zelfreinigend effect zorgen. Daarom is het systeem nagenoeg onderhoudsvrij. Bij gebruik onder typische procescondities volstaat een kalibratie-interval van 36 maanden. Het toestel vervangt de optische meting in kritieke toepassingen waar meetvensters door coatingvorming ondoorzichtig geworden. Typische toepassingen zijn olie in condensaat, olie in koelwater, pekel filtratie, etc.

  • atmosFIR EX is an ATEX certified gas analyser system for measurement of industrial gases in a Zone 1 or Zone 2 area, providing a complete EX certified gas measurement system that meets both the sampling of non-flammable and flammable gases, utilizing Protea’s multigas atmosFIR FTIR gas analyser platform.

    The atmosFIR EX system is provided in a sealed stainless steel cabinet with a constantly controlled and monitored purge, providing a system that conforms to EN60079-2 purge type. A dedicated purge controller is mounted to the enclosure which provides control of the purge cycle and monitoring of the normal operating pressure, and with redundant microcontrollers this provides the redundancy required for a Zone 1 purge system. Protea can provide an atmosFIR EX system for ATEX Zone 1 or Zone 2 installation. Zone 1 applications are often found when the analysis system has to measure flammable gases and the potential of an internal source of release has to be engineered in. This also will included the limitation of sample gas pressure will specifically designed sampling system by Protea. The FTIR gas analyser in the atmosFIR EX system is the atmosFIR multigas FTIR, capable of the instantaneous measurement of hundreds of gases. Be it for emissions monitoring from standard combustion processes (NOx, CO, SO2, HCl), multiple VOC emissions measurements or process control measurements, such as siloxanes from landfill gas, the power of Protea’s FTIR analyser means the atmosFIR EX system can be used across multiple applications. Multipoint gas analysis is part of the atmosFIR EX system design, with the measurement of up to 12 sample points, with automated sequential control from PAS-Pro FTIR analyser software. For ATEX Zone 1 applications requiring the measurement of flammable gases, the management of the internal source of release requires external ATEX certified sample control valves mounted to the exterior of the atmosFIR EX rack.

  • atmosFIRi is a new concept in FTIR. The unit is designed as a general gas analyser that is simple to use, portable and a very low cost product that provides real-time online measurement suitable for plant systems.

    Often, gas monitoring applications require high concentration and quick response, and low level detection limits are not necessary. atmosFIRi has achieved low cost through a simpler design suitable for these applications, from 10ppm up to 100%, but retaining the same repeatability and reliability of the other atmosFIR products. A single pass gas cell of pathlength of 15cm does not require reflective optics within the cell and so atmosFIRi is ideal for high concentration measurements of corrosive gases. With Protea's in-house application support able to assist remotely, chemometric models can be uploaded and atmosFIRi can be changed to measure hundreds of different processes. None of the features of the cabinet version of the atmosFIR have been lost:

    Highest Resolution Portable FTIR

    Normally portable FTIR equipment suffers from low resolution measurement. The atmosFIR FTIR allows however allows for resolution up to 0.7cm-1 (unapodized) allowing for detailed detection and speciation of gas species. With mobile FTIR equipment, site work often involves the investigation and understanding of emissions or process vents. With atmosFIRt the ability to measure complex mixtures down to low concentrations is available with the high resolution option. However the real benefit of atmosFIRt is that it is variable resolution! So if there is need for measuring at 4cm-1 or 8cm-1 resolution, the atmosFIRt can be set to this resolution with a simple setting in software. No hardware changes are needed. Brochure

  • The Aurora 1030W Total Organic Carbon (TOC) Analyzer uses the proven heated persulfate wet oxidation technique to analyze organic contamination levels in aqueous samples. Virtually all organic compounds dissolved in water can be oxidized by heated sodium persulfate (Na2S208). Concentrated solutions (1 or 1.5 M) can effectively oxidize organic matter present in the form of colloids, macromolecules, and suspended solids. The Aurora 1030W can be programmed and calibrated to analyze samples containing organic carbon at levels as low as 10 ppb and up to 30,000 ppm. Depending upon method and application, up to 300 samples can be analyzed in a 24-hour period. The reaction chamber of the Aurora 1030W is thoroughly rinsed between analyses to eliminate residue from the previous sample. This ensures the Aurora 1030W maintains the low system background necessary for high sensitivity TOC measurements. This contrasts with combustion TOC analyzers in which residual salts accumulate on catalyst surfaces, degrading oxidation efficiency and causing higher blanks and background contamination. 1030W TOC brochure .pdf
  • De Kjeldahl-methode is een methode geschikt om de fractie organische stikstof in samples te bepalen. De methode zal de hoeveelheid stikstof en ammoniak die in organische verbindingen vervat zit analyseren, enkel stikstof in de vorm van nitraten en nitrieten verbindingen worden genegeerd.

    Deze erg oude methode is nog steeds de meest “populaire” (lees erkende) methode voor het bepalen van Stikstof in waters en voedsel samples.

    Omwille van de chemicaliën en de hogere temperaturen die zich in het Kjeldahl proces voordoen is Kjeldahl lang een ongewenste gast op het labo geweest daar de nodige voorzichtigheid aangewezen is.

    Vandaag zijn deze analyses bijna volledig geautomatiseerd, beveiligd en gecontroleerd zodat het gebruik van deze analyzers haast kinderspel geworden is.
